1. Shipping conditions

Orders are shipped within Germany with DHL. We ship abroad with Deutsche Post.

Shipping costs within Germany

All orders within Germany are Free shipping for orders over 50€. Shipping costs are 4.90€.

Shipping costs within the EU

All orders shipped within Germany are charged a flat rate of 7.90 euros.

Please note that additional customs charges may apply for deliveries abroad!

How long are the delivery times?

We will take care of your order immediately and ship it within 1 to 2 working days. Within the EU, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days. For deliveries outside the EU, it may take a little longer - we ask for a little patience here.

Would you like to receive the package in the same week? Then order Monday to Thursday before 12 noon.

Would you like to see the status of your delivery? You can view this at any time in your customer account under “Orders”.

The delivery period begins on the day the money is received in the case of advance payment or on the day after the contract is concluded in the case of other payment methods and ends on the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

2. Payment methods:

We offer the following secure and flexible payment methods:

  • PayPal: Fast and secure payment via your PayPal account.

  • Klarna (Pay now or later. More information about Klarna )

  • Credit card (via Viva Wallet): We accept common credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro, processed via our payment provider Viva Wallet.

  • Prepayment (direct bank transfer): Transfer the amount directly to our account. Your order will be processed after receipt of payment.

Note: Payment in advance

So that we can process and ship your order, please transfer the invoice amount within 3 working days to the bank details you received in your order confirmation email. Please include your order number in the purpose field.
